Pricing and Payments

Revisions and Scope Changes
Project quotations include only the revisions specified in the proposal.
Requests outside the original project scope may require additional time, costs, and approval before implementation.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information exchanged during the course of the project, except where disclosure is required by law.
Warranties
We strive to provide high-quality professional services; however, we do not guarantee:

- Business growth or revenue increases.
- Continuous availability of third-party services.
- Error-free operation of all software or websites under every circumstance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNK 365 Marketing & Solutions Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- These Terms are violated.
- Required payments remain outstanding.
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity is identified.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction specified in the relevant service agreement.
